Today I drove down to Antioch for the first time. I've known about this store for several years but thought it was closer to Chicagoland versus just across the WI/IL border. I can only speak for the whiskey. The selection is huge with plenty of barrel picks from which to choose. I found the prices to be very fair, and there's no "secondary market" pricing that has been cropping up in retail locations in the last few years. Today there was a spirits event at their bar in the middle of the store. About a dozen vendors were pouring various spirits, mostly whiskey, and it was very professional with knowledgeable brand representatives/ambassadors. Also, if you're a whiskey geek like me, there's a sealed cabinet with all sorts of full old and pre-Prohibition bottles of whiskey to admire. If you're in the Antioch area, you'll definitely want to stop here and take a peek. Cheers!

I had an amazing experience with Antioch Fine Wine & Liquors. I found this place through a family friend so when we decided we were having a big party, I contacted Larry. Larry was phenomenal to work with! He made the ordering process so easy and was very responsive to calls/emails. To top it off, going to pick up our order, Rick was also amazing to organize everything and get us all squared away. I can't say enough good things about this place and will be recommending them to everyone for their party needs!

If you're looking for a rare bourbon or a special champagne or bottle of wine even in the craft beer area these guys have you covered. They used to have less of a selection of Bourbons a few months back but lately they've got their game on they can really hook you up with a lot of different brands especially have a fine little niche of Canadian whiskeys. This can be your go to liquor store in northern Illinois

Five stars for amazing service! I currently live in the UK and wanted to buy my sister a nice bottle of wine for her birthday. Larry from Antioch Fine Wine & Liquors helped me achieve this seamlessly despite the quirk/complications with using my credit card with a foreign address. I was extremely happy they carry higher end wines, and I 100% recommend this place to everyone. I'll be purchasing more from Antioch Fine Wine & Liquors for future special occasions!

If you are looking for something special or uncommon, you will probably find it here. Was looking for a particular moonshine and this place carries it. Replenished my supply!!

The outside of this place had me going, yea I'm not sure I want to go in there but based off other reviews, I made my way in. This place reminds me of Discount Liquor, lots of choices but overwhelming. Staff were helpful and steered me in the right direction. Because I was in the area, it was worth the trip but i don't think it's worth going out of my way to go here.

Fantastic liquor offerings, and the broadest selection of Craft Beers in the area. They have them all, and their prices are very competitive. Their Craft selection offers you an opprtunity to try something new with each visit, if that's your thing. The staff is both friendly and very knowledgeable. I drive a bit to get there, passing more convenient locations, but only Antioch Fine Wines works for me. Their variety and prices keep me coming back. A top shelf operation.

This is the only place I go for Craft beer. They have a large selection of craft beers, probably the biggest I have seen yet. The people are extremely helpful and they have wine tastings and beer tastings at times. Definitely my place to go for craft beer--knowledgeable and large selection. Don't let the exterior scare you away, Check it out!

I attended the recent wine festival here and was shocked and amazed at the extensive product offerings they have. This store literally puts a good number of big city shops to shame. From the outside, the store appears to be a run-of-the-mill grab and go beer and booze stop but once inside, its a wine lover's Mecca. Aisle after aisle of world class wines at all price points with friendly, wine saavy staff to walk you through it. I was thrilled to find a few bottles from some of my favorite small Italian producers who make excellent products but get very little exposure due to the competition of the big boys. It takes a very dedicated wine buyer to seek some of these esoteric and less trendy products out, and for that sirs, I applaud you. Again, they have a huge selection of spirits and beer too, but you will find that wine is the winner. There are weekly in store tastings, plenty of parking and very reasonable prices with generous case discounts. I would highly recommend a trek up here when you are ready to stock up for the season.
